Please remember you are responsible for all fees rendered by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We often make financial arrangements prior to treatments. No financial arrangements will be honored if we did not arrange prior to the actual procedure. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service unless advanced arrangements have been made.
